TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Cardholder must inform Fitzgerald Law Offices of their intended use of the discount card at least 21 days PRIOR TO CLOSING. Failure to inform Fitzgerald Law Offices prior to closing will result in denial of cardholder's discount request. Cardholder must present the original discount card at closing. The $250.00 discount is applied to Fitzgerald Law Offices legal fee at closing. For refinance transactions the cardholder's loan must close and fund for the discount to apply. For a purchase transaction the cardholder's loan must close and fund and the cardholder must purchase the owner's title insurance policy for the discount to apply. For buyer or seller representation where Fitzgerald Law Offices does not represent the cardholder's lender the discount is applied at closing and a client fee retainer may apply. The $250.00 discount applies to Fitzgerald Law Offices legal fee only and can not be applied to other bank closing costs, attorney expenses, title insurance premiums, recording fees or cash due at closing.

LOST OR STOLEN CARDS

Fitzgerald Law Offices is not responsible for lost or stolen discount cards. Please contact Fitzgerald Law Offices for a replacement card if your card has been lost or stolen.

EXPIRATION

Fitzgerald Law Offices has the right to discontinue the use of the card without notice.
