For buyer or seller representation where Fitzgerald Law Offices does not represent the cardholder's lender the discount is applied at closing and a client fee retainer may apply. The $250.00 discount applies to Fitzgerald Law Offices legal fee only and can not be applied to other bank closing costs, attorney expenses, title insurance premiums, recording fees or cash due at closing.
